Committed to ending hunger on campus

Woman at Mobile Market in Lynn

Across the country, four-year colleges and universities, and two-year community colleges are reporting an increasing number of students arrive to class hungry or food insecure – defined as lacking reliable access to sufficient quantities of affordable, nutritious food. A 2018 survey of 86,000 students from 123 two- and four-year institutions throughout the United States by the Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice, showed that 45% of respondents were food insecure in the prior 30 days. ϳԹ is committed to removing this obstacle for students by offering food resources on and off-campus.

Mobile Food Markets (Danvers & Lynn Campus)

Free farmers market-style distribution of food, fresh fruits and vegetables. Open to the entire college community. The mobile market will be offered on both the Danvers and Lynn Campus and will be open to ϳԹ students, faculty and staff.
